一種可撓式感測器,其包括聚合物基板、四個聚合物感測單元、聚合物凸塊以及多個導電圖案。所述聚合物感測單元內埋於所述聚合物基板中,其中一對所述聚合物感測單元在第一方向上位於所述聚合物基板的相對兩側邊,且另一對所述聚合物感測單元在與所述第一方向垂直的所述第二方向上位於所述聚合物基板的相對兩側側邊。所述聚合物凸塊配置於所述聚合物基板上,且覆蓋所述四個聚合物感測單元。所述導電圖案配置於所述聚合物基板上,且分別與對應的聚合物感測單元連接。A flexible sensor including a polymeric substrate, four polymeric sensor units, a polymeric bump and a plurality of conductive patterns is provided. The polymeric sensor units are embedded in the polymeric substrate, wherein a pair of polymeric sensor units are located on two opposite sides of the polymeric substrate in the first direction, and the other pair of polymeric sensor units are located on two opposite sides of the polymeric substrate in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The polymeric bump is disposed on the polymeric substrate and cover the four polymeric sensor units. The conductive patterns are disposed on the polymeric substrate and connected to the corresponding polymeric sensor unit, respectively.
