低鈷鎳含量的高溫合金

本發明提供一低鈷鎳含量之耐高溫合金,其係利用多元合金之設計選擇適當的元素組合,合成FCC(面心立方體)結晶為主之合金。此等合金具有優良變形能力、韌性及高溫強度的特性。該合金具有五至七個主元素,以CoCrFeNi為基礎,並添加Al、Mo及Ti至少一者為主要元素加以配置而成,其中Co及Ni每個元素之原子百分比皆介於20%至35%之間、Cr及Fe每個元素之原子百分比皆介於12.5%至20%之間,且Co、Cr、Fe及Ni原子百分比之總和超過65%,而Al、Mo或Ti之原子百分比的總和介於5%及25%。此外,亦可添加Ag、B、C、Cu、Mn、Nb、Ta、Si、V、W、Y、Zr等次元素改進合金之特性,但添加次元素之原子百分比的總和不得超過10%。 A high temperature resistant alloy with low contents of Co and Ni having a face-centered cubic(FCC) crystal structure formed by selecting a proper combination of elements using the design of multiple alloy, which is characterized by excellent ability of deformation, toughness and high-temp strength. Such alloys are so configured that 5 to 7 principal elements are included based on Co, Cr, Fe, and Ni and incorporating at least one of Al, Mo and Ti therein, wherein Co and Ni each has an atomic percentage between 20% and 35%, Cr and Fe each has an atomic percentage between 12.5% and 20%, and the sum of the atomic percentage of Co, Ni, Cr, Fe is no less than 65%, while the sum of the atomic percentage of Al, Mo and Ti lies between 5% and 25%. Further, the property of the alloys can be improved by incorporating sub elements such as Ag, B, C, Cu, Mn, Nb, Ta, Si, V, W, Y, Zr with the sum of the atomic percentage thereof no more than 10%.
