技術說明

本發明揭露一種具低偏移調整之電流感測放大器及其操作方法，其中電流感測放大器包含一感測單元、一等化單元以及一偏壓補償單元。感測單元包含一感測放大器、一閂鎖迴路、一第一預充電位元線以及一第二預充電位元線。等化單元電性連接第一預充電位元線與該第二預充電位元線，以調整第一預充電位元線之電壓與第二預充電位元線之電壓至相同電位。偏壓補償單元與感測放大器以及閂鎖迴路電性連接，用以補償該電流感測放大器之輸入偏移電壓。 The present invention discloses a low bias trimmed current sense amplifier and an operating method thereof. The low bias trimmed current sense amplifier comprises a sensing unit, an equalization unit, and a bias compensation unit. The sensing unit includes a sense amplifier, a latch circuit, a first precharge bit line, and a second precharge bit line. The equalization unit electrically connected with the first precharge bit line and the second precharge bit line is used to adjust the potential of the first precharge bit line and the potential of the second precharge to be the same. The bias compensation unit electrically connected with the sense amplifier and the latch circuit is used to compensate an input offset voltage of the current sense amplifier.
