技術說明

本發明提供一種零背隙之行星式減速機構，其係具有一行星輪組，其係設於一殼體內，行星輪組包括一具輸出軸的行星臂架所構成，且行星臂架於殼體內設有複數個雙層行星齒輪，其可分為第一行星齒輪以及第二行星齒輪，第一行星齒輪與第二行星齒輪間設有一緩衝機構，且第一行星齒輪與殼體之內緣之至少一內齒輪嚙合，而第二行星齒輪則與至少一太陽輪組嚙合，太陽輪組具有連接驅動馬達之ㄧ太陽齒輪。鑑此，本發明可消除齒輪間之背隙，且具有高精度、高剛性、高組效率及低組裝精度之優點。 The invention relates generally to a zero backlash planetary gear train, and more particularly to a high precision planetary gear train which can eliminate the backlash automatically when the wear of the gear flank increases. The gear includes, one internal gear, several compound planetary gears, and one sun gear. The shafts of the gears of the compound planetary gear are mounted together by spline. The backlash between the internal gear and compound planetary gears can be adjusted by changing the relative axial displacements. When the wear of the gear flank increases, relative axial displacement will be adjusted automatically and separately by an axially compressed springs. The transmission has higher stiffness in both direction of rotation since the power is transmitted through rigid surface contact directly. The invention is a high precision, stiffness, assembly efficiency and allows large assembly tolerance.
