技術說明

目前白光LED是使用藍光半導體晶片搭配黃色螢光粉組成進而產生白光，具有節能與環保的優點，為了提升LED發光效率進而降低成本，可從多方面進行研究，包括晶片效率提升、封裝方式、膠材選擇以及螢光粉的發光效率提升。而本技術揭露一種低成本、可有效提升螢光粉發光強度的方法，未來可應用在不同種類螢光材料之亮度提升。 本發明是利用有機或無機氮源與螢光粉先驅物進行高溫燒結，進而大幅提升螢光粉之結晶性與發光效率，此技術可大幅提升LED封裝效率並進行後續技術移轉。 In this patent, we disclose a synthetic process to enhance luminesce of LED phosphors by introducing nitrogen into phosphors via sintering with different nitrogen sources by solid state reaction. This technique could be a good method to enhance the luminous intensity of the phosphors.
