技術說明

以小於奈米的尺度在合成分子骨架上精確控制其位置，可使目標物(分子)排列成特殊圖案。達成傳統微縮(top-down)奈米技術無法突破的限制。此骨架為生物分子，亦可在體內運用。 Molecular scaffold was developed to control the locations of target molecules with sub-nanometer precision. This invention overcomes the limit of top-down nanotechnology in controlling molecular pattern. The scaffold is bio-compatible and promising for in vivo applications.
