整合式升壓-順向-返馳式高電壓增益轉換器

因應綠色產業的發展,目前高電壓增益高效率轉換器需求日趨漸增,對於太陽能板、燃料電池、風力發電、UPS不斷電系統等低電壓輸出設備而言,將其昇壓至高電壓並具大功率高效率輸出極為考驗。本發明係為一整合式Boost-Forward-Flyback高電壓增益轉換器。此電路架構整合了Boost、Forward與Flyback之電路特性,僅需一組PWM訊號輸出控制,故電路設計簡易。並具有能量回送機制直接送至輸出端,達到主動式箝位功能得以提升電路整體效率,並降低功率元件電壓應力。經實驗證實,此整合式Boost-Forward-Flyback轉換器具有高電壓增益、高轉換效率、低電壓應力等特性,可適用於許多大功率低電壓輸出產品。 In response to the development of green industry. The high voltage gain , high efficiency converter is growing demand at present. For the solar panels, fuel cells, wind power, and UPS uninterruptible power systems. These low voltage output devices step up to high voltage, and achieving high efficiency is difficult. This invention is an integrating of Boost-Forward-Flyback for high voltage gain converter. This circuit structure integrate Boost, Forward, and Flyback circuit characteristics. Only need a PWM signal output control, therefore circuit design is simple, and have the energy feedback mechanism to deliver fan-out. Achieving active clamp effect to improved efficiency, and can reduce MOSFET voltage stress. The experiment proved this integrated Boost-Forward-Flyback converter possessing high voltage gain, high conversion efficiency, low voltage stress. Applicable to many high power, low voltage output products.
