技術說明

本發明揭露一種胚芽乳酸桿菌（Lactobacillus plantarum）CMU995菌株之新用途，其係應用於保護肝臟。本發明另揭露一種保護肝臟的方法，包括將上述之胚芽乳酸桿菌（Lactobacillus plantarum）CMU995菌株傳輸至一哺乳動物。本發明尚揭露一種用於保護肝臟之益生菌組合物，其包含上述的胚芽乳酸桿菌（Lactobacillus plantarum）CMU995菌株。 本案之胚芽乳酸桿菌（Lactobacillus plantarum）CMU995菌株具有穩定腸道上皮細胞的功能，且可降低上皮細胞受到腸內毒素的破壞而死亡。在動物活體試驗更發現，胚芽乳酸桿菌CMU995菌株可抑制酒精所引發的腸內毒素穿越腸道組織進入血液中，因此，可抑制酒精或毒素所誘發的肝臟發炎及腸道發炎現象。又以臨床人體試驗發現，胚芽乳酸桿菌CMU995菌株可有效改善肝癌及肝硬化病人的血液毒素及血氨濃度。因此，CMU995菌株可應用於預防及/或治療因酒精及/或毒素所引發的相關疾病。 A new use of Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995 strain is provided for protecting the liver. A method for protecting the liver is also provided and includes a step of transferring Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995 strain to a mammal. A probiotic composition for protecting the liver is also provided. Said probiotic composition contains Lactobacillus plantarum CMU995 strain.
