技術說明

一種斜板輔助裝置，係活動設置於一車體底部，係包括：底板、第一滑動板、第二滑動板、驅動板、螺桿組、第一馬達組以及第二馬達組所組成，該底板依序乘載第一滑動板以及第二滑動板，並以設於底板內之螺桿組連結驅動板來牽引第一滑動板，俾使第一滑動板作伸縮活動，而第二馬達組則連動第一滑動板以及第二滑動板，俾使第二滑動板作伸縮活動，再以設於底板內之第一馬達組協助牽引第一滑動板，藉此結構設計，提供使用者之代步工具（例如：代步車或輪椅）於進出車體時之輔助，而斜板輔助裝置於車體底部可作前後運動，以令使用者之代步工具於上、下車之動線得為後進前出之方式。 1. The ramp device was consist of four ramps and three mechanism, and the aluminum alloys 6061-T6 was used for ramp. 2. Two gears of motor shaft were used in this mechanism, which drive two pieces of ramp device of two different directions of the racks , making the ramp device extension and shorten movement between two ramps. 3. The telescopic mechanism by using lead screw, the options of lead screw are high speed revolution, forward and reverse in linear motion, translating between ramps and to achieving rear moving in and front moving out abilities of whole ramp mechanism.
