技術說明

本發明提供一種混摻組合物，其包含幾丁聚醣及生物性高分子，並具有無孔洞且透光度好之特性。本發明亦提供一種該混摻組合物用於動態調控細胞的用途。本發明更進一步提供該混摻組合物做為敷料基材或組織修復貼片的用途。因此適於培養及調控人類脂肪幹細胞，以及做為傷口敷料基材。此外，該混摻組合物之厚度不大於2000微米。混摻材料所創造出的新材料，其所改變的材料性質是材料全體性的改變，不侷限於材料表面，同時保留生物相容與可裂解之特性，因此能培養人類脂肪幹細胞並做細胞調控及敷料基材。 The present invention provides a blended composition, which comprises chitosan and a biopolymer, and is characterized by poreless. The present invention also provides a use of the present blended composition for regulating cells dynamically. The present further provides a use of the present blended composition as wound dressing or tissue-repairing patch.
