技術說明

在電子產業所使用的軟版印刷及 SMT 技術所使用之導電銀膠也有相當的使用量，目前國內有投入導電銀膠研發及量產的廠商主要有銀品、愛迪克、致嘉、肥特補及碩和等，國外企業有 Hakel、Hitachi、Shin-etsu、3M、DuPont 及Heraeus 等公司、已商品化的導電銀膠主要有導電銀膏、導電銀漿、導電塗料、導電膠帶、導電銀膠等。本技術主要目的利用添加物，以調配出低固含量之銀膠配方，以達協助企業達降低成本之目標。藉由加入本研究團隊研發之添加劑，並控制添加劑成分比，以達到在低銀固含量下並維持高導電度之特性，如此便可達成降低成本之目標。初步成果: 利用發光二極體(LED)用銀膠材料加入適當添加劑摻雜時，當摻雜比例為60:40(商業銀膠:添加劑)時，可維持與未摻雜時具同級數之導電度，大大的降低了銀粉的使用量，由此可確定此研究方向確實可達降低成本之目標。 In electronic industry by using of soft version printing and the SMT technology by using of conductive silver paste also has common material, much of company has develop and produce conductive silver paste such as Hakel, Hitachi, Shin-etsu, 3M, and DuPont and has commercialization of conductive silver pasta. In this technology, we used additives to develop low solid content of silver plastic in order to reduce the cost and silver. Our team through research and development of additive and control additives content of silver plastic to achieve identical electrical conductivity under low silver content characteristics to reach a cost reduction. Preliminary results, used in light-emitting diode (LED) when doped additives with silver plastic materials, we control doping ratio is 60:40 (commercial silver : additives), and can be maintained the same electrical conductivity.
