技術說明

一種電磁攪拌器效能評估裝置，其主要包含一輸入模組、一運算模組及一組輸出模組，可藉由輸入一電磁攪拌器之系統特性參數，即可輸出該電磁攪拌器之電磁力密度的估算結果；另外亦可讀取一預定之電磁力密度值及該電磁攪拌器之系統運作參數，而即時地提供一調整資訊。一種電磁攪拌器效能評估方法，其步驟係包含一模式選擇步驟、一模式判斷步驟、一計算模式步驟及一調整模式步驟，可根據一電磁攪拌器之系統特性參數估算該電磁攪拌器產生之電磁力密度，另可根據一預定電磁力密度值及該電磁攪拌器之系統運作情形，而即時提供一調整資訊。 A performance evaluation apparatus for an electromagnetic stirrer and a method thereof are disclosed. The evaluation apparatus comprises an input module, a calculating module and an output module. A set of characteristic parameters of an electromagnetic stirrer is entered into the apparatus to evaluate operational electromagnetic force density of the stirrer. Alternatively, a default value of the operational force density is entered into the performance evaluation apparatus and the characteristic parameters of the stirrer is received to adjust the the stirrer. The method comprises a mode choosing step, a mode determination step, a calculating step, and an adjusting step. It evaluates the operational force density based on the stirrer's parameters. It can receive a preset level of the electromagnetic force density along with the characteristic parameters of the stirrer for evaluation and adjustment of those operational settings of the stirrer.
