技術說明

一種平衡式升頻混頻電路，包含一包括一增益放大單元及一混頻單元的混頻器，及一負載器。該混頻器接收一差動振盪電壓及一差動中頻電壓，並據以進行混頻以產生一具有正、負相的差動射頻電流，該增益放大單元用以將該差動中頻電壓轉換成一差動中頻電流，該混頻單元電連接該增益放大單元以接收該差動中頻電流，且接收該差動振盪電壓，並根據該差動中頻電流及該差動振盪電壓進行混頻，以產生該差動射頻電流，該負載器電連接該混頻單元以接收該差動射頻電流，並根據該差動射頻電流與一阻抗值來產生一具有正、負相的第一差動射頻電壓。 A balanced upconversion mixer circuit comprising a mixer comprising a mixing unit and a gain of the amplifying means, and a load device.
