技術說明

在諸多綠色技術的應用中，有種方法是將原本的材質進行物理性的結構變化或表面改質，以達到提升其功能及效率的目的。在本專利中，我們主要是利用改變材質表面結構形狀的方式，藉由邊界效應(edge effect)的產生，而達到改變材質表面親疏水性的目的。這種在不改變材質表面性質前提下，利用表面結構形狀即可有效改變其表面對溶劑親和性的物理方法，將可以廣泛應用於機能性紡織、建築材料、防水材料及電子科技等產業上。 Among several applications of green technology, there is one way which can physically change the structure of original material or modify the surface property in order to enhance its capability and efficiency. In this patent, we change the surface structure of material by application of edge effect to achieve the goal for transforming the hydrophilic / hydrophobic behavior of material. Without modifying surface property, we successfully change affinity of the solution to the surface in a physical way, which can widely apply in the field of building material, waterproof material and electronic material.
