技術說明

本發明係有關於一種血液凝固偵測晶片，包括一第一基板，該第一基板設有一樣品導入口以及一微流道，其中該微流道係與該樣品導入口連接，而該微流道係包括一檢測區，且該微流道之流道深度為30 μm至150 μm，一血液樣品係由該樣品導入口導入並流至該檢測區；以及一保護片，係設於該第一基板上，並覆蓋該第一基板上之該微流道。此外，本發明亦關於血液凝固偵測方法及裝置，透過血液凝固之偵測，以即時了解病患生理狀況，將有可能商品化。 The present invention relates to a chip for blood coagulation, which comprises: a first substrate with a sample inlet and micro-fluidic channel formed thereon, wherein the sample inlet and the micro-fluidic channel connect together, the micro-flowing channel comprises an examination site, the deep of the micro- fluidic channel is 30 μm to 150 μm, and a sample blood is introduced into the sample inlet and flows into the detection site; and a protected slice, which is disposed on the micro-fluidic channel of the first substrate. Besides, the present invention also relates to a device and a method for the blood coagulation, to detect the physical condition of a patient immediately by detecting the coagulation of whole blood.
