技術說明

本發明為提供一種多層陶瓷膜，包括：一核心層，其係以如式(I)所示之材料所製；一第一多孔性陶瓷層，其係以如式(II)所示之材料所製，並且設置於該核心層之兩側；以及一第二多孔性陶瓷層，其係以如式(III)所示之材料所製，並且設置於該第一多孔性陶瓷層之表面，其中，該第一多孔性陶瓷層及該第二多孔性陶瓷層之收縮率係小於該核心層。本發明亦提供一種上述多層陶瓷膜之製作方法，其包括：提供一核心生胚，其係以如式(I)所示之材料所製；於該核心生胚兩側設置一第一多孔性陶瓷生胚；設置一第二多孔性陶瓷生胚於該第一多孔性陶瓷生胚表面；以及共燒該核心生胚、該第一多孔性陶瓷生胚及該第二多孔性陶瓷生胚，從而形成該多層陶瓷膜。 SrCeO3 (I) Sr(Zr0.4Ce0.6)O3 (II) (BaSrZrCe)0.5O3 (III) The present invention relates to a multilayer ceramic membrane, including: a core layer, which is composed by a material as shown in Formula (I); a first porous ceramic layer, which is composed of a material as shown in Formula (II) and is disposed on the both sides of the core layer; and a second porous ceramic layer, which is composed of a material as shown in Formula (III) and is disposed on the surface of the first porous ceramic layer, wherein the shrinkage rates of the first porous ceramic layer and the second porous ceramic layer is lower than that of the core layer. The present invention relates to a multilayer ceramic membrane, and cofiring the core layer, the first porous ceramic layer, and the second porous ceramic layer to form the multilayer ceramic membrane.
