一種高效萃取魚油的製程

EPA和DHA為多元不飽和脂肪酸於高溫下容易分解,本技術為新型的油脂萃取技術,萃取時能有效保護DHA和EPA,可於室溫可於2分鐘,將水產加工廢棄物中94%的油脂萃出。本技術為一種高效萃取魚油的方法,步驟包括將魚原料與正己烷置於高剪切均質機中同時進行魚原料均質與魚油萃取處理,高剪切均質可將魚原料研磨成細小顆粒,分散魚原料中的水分進入己烷溶劑,增加魚油與己烷的接觸,並同步萃取魚油,萃取後含魚油的正己烷溶液以離心方式回收,再以減壓濃縮機中去除正己烷,以獲得魚油。此方法可於低溫快速萃取魚原料中的油脂,避免高溫下魚油中多元不飽和脂肪酸如DHA、EPA的破壞,並提高魚油的萃取率。 EPA and DHA decompose easily when they are exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time. A new method for highly efficient extraction of EPA/DHA-enriched oil was established. This extraction operates at low temperatures for a short time, preventing the decomposition of EPA and DHA, 94% oil can be extracted from fish processing waste for 2 min at room temperature. This technology provided highly efficient extraction of fish oil, which includes homogenization of fish material with hexane using a high shear homogenizer. High shear homogenizer ground the fish material into tiny particles, which helped disperse the water into the hexane phase, and increased the contact between hexane and the non-polar fish oil, and simultaneous extraction of fish oil. After extraction, the mixture containing fish oil and hexane was recovered by centrifugation and transferred to a rotary evaporator to remove the hexane and recover the fish oil. This extraction method operated at a low temperature for a short period that preventing n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids decomposition, such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; C20:5) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; C22:6), and increased the extraction yield of fish oil.
