技術說明

一種變壓器的鐵芯接合方法，用以解決目前變壓器中鐵芯難以長時間維持穩固接合的問題。本發明的變壓器的鐵芯接合方法包含步驟：將數個鐵芯以欲接合的部位相對抵接；將該數個鐵芯加熱至一預熱溫度；以一金屬件摩擦該數個鐵芯欲接合的部位，使該金屬件的摩擦面形成半固態狀；及將該金屬件與該數個鐵芯分離，使一部分呈半固態狀的該金屬件留在該數個鐵芯欲接合的部位，以接合該數個鐵芯；其中，該數個鐵芯的預熱溫度與該金屬件形成半固態狀時的溫度差小於或等於200℃。可供實施該接合方法的鐵芯接合治具亦一併揭露。 A joining method of the iron core in the transformer is used to remain a strong joint in the long term. The joining method of this invent includes the following steps: the faying surface of the iron cores is in contact with each other; these iron cores are heated to a preheating temperature; a metal part is used to rub the faying surfaces in these cores, so that the friction surface of this metal part is formed a semisolid state; and then separate this metal part and these cores, so that part of semisolid metal remains on the faying surface of the cores to join these cores; wherein the difference between the preheating temperature of the iron cores and the semisolid temperature of the metal part is less than or equal to 200℃. Joining method for the implementation of the core bonding fixture is also disclosed.
