技術說明

本發明提供一種視網膜血管影像萃取方法，包含：只使用G通道影像分離一彩色視網膜影像；使用一Gabor濾波器(Gabor filter)增強該彩色視網膜影像之血管資訊；對原始G通道影像二值化，並判斷篩選各個角度的區域二值化圖裡的點是否為血管；對於每一像素點，找出各個角度影像的最大值來當成影像合併後的值，以求得合併影像；對視網膜血管外的雜訊進行一遮罩動作，以去除非屬該視網膜血管的資訊；以及使用一膨脹(dilation)型態學方法將該視網膜血管填補起來，以便獲得完整的視網膜血管影像資訊。藉此，獲取更為準確之視網膜血管影像。 A method for extracting retinal vessel image, comprising: separating a color retinal vessel image only through a G image channel; applying a Gabor filter to enhance the color retinal vessel image; performing an image binarization to the G channel image, determining the vessel image in the binarized image; finding a maximum value of each pixel of the binarized image; performing a mask to an image region outside of the retinal vessel image for removing noise; applying a dilation method to fill the vessel image for obtaining a complete retinal vessel image.
