技術說明

本創作提供了一種非侵入式之舌壓檢測裝置及其製作、檢測方法，可以釐清舌頭壓力變化與吞嚥能力之關係，進而解決口腔期偵測吞嚥困難的限制。其中，該舌壓檢測裝置，可設置於一使用者口腔上顎處，用以量測該使用者吞嚥時的舌壓訊號; 該舌壓檢測裝置包括一載體與複數組壓力感測器; 該載體成份包含一聚二甲基矽氧烷（Polydimethylsiloxane， PDMS），一 般作為隱形眼鏡的材質，不會造成生物性危害; 該壓力感測器平均分佈於該載體上，可完整感測吞嚥過程中舌頭壓力的變化與時序關係。本案創作之舌壓感測裝置，亦可應用於醫師臨床檢測或居家照護服務上，建置居家或機構所需的健康照護服務、或醫院臥床病人床邊測試其吞嚥退化狀況之用。基於本案技術內容可以被製造且可以被使用，因此，本案確實具有產業利用性。 Our research in this project, on the other hand, will develop a Non-invasive Tongue Pressure detection device and its production, testing methods, which can clarify the relationship between tongue pressure changes and swallowing ability, and then solve the oral cavity to detect the limitations of dysphagia. The Non-invasive Tongue Pressure detection device can be set at a user's oral jaw to measure the tongue pressure signal when the user swallowed. Our device can be used in physician clinical testing or home care services, build up health care services required for home or institution, or hospital bedside beds to test their swallowing status.Based on the technical content of this case can be manufactured and can be used, therefore, this case does have industrial utilization.
