技術說明

在微機電之共振器領域中，時脈元件與振盪器係為應用相當廣泛之基礎元件，而高Q值之機械共振體更幾乎是所有無線通訊、訊號處理以及電子電路系統之必備元件。然而，共振體之共振頻率會隨著共振體之溫度而漂移，為了降低頻率漂移之缺失，盡量使共振體維持在適當地溫度區間即為重要之課題。本技術為一種主動式溫度補償共振器結構，係包括共振體以及溫度補償元件，其中，該溫度補償元件係埋設於該共振體中，用於供補償電流通過，且具有特定之電阻溫度係數以反應該共振體之溫度，該補償電流之大小係相應於所反應之該共振體之溫度。透過本發明之主動式溫度補償共振器結構，可藉由特定之電阻溫度係數精確地反應出共振體的溫度，因而供補償電流通過之溫度補償元件能動態地相應於共振體之溫度而準確地對共振體提供溫度補償。 This invention provides an active type temperature compensation resonator structure, comprising a resonant body and a temperature compensation element, wherein the temperature compensation element is embedded in the resonant body, to enable compensation current to pass through, and has a particular resistance temperature coefficient that can react the temperature of the resonant body, and the size of the compensation current corresponds to the temperature of the reacted resonant body. Through the active type temperature compensation resonator structure, the temperature of resonant body can be accurately reacted by the particular resistance temperature coefficient, such that the temperature compensation element where the compensation current passes can dynamically correspond to the temperature of the resonant body and accurately provide the resonant body with temperature compensation.
