技術說明

一種透鏡安裝裝置，用以將透鏡安裝至透鏡筒內之透鏡安裝位置，並包含基台、透鏡筒容置件、壓電升降組件、透鏡調整組件與光束校正組件；壓電升降組件包含升降傳動元件、升降平台與壓電動力元件。透鏡調整組件包含複數個壓電致動元件與透鏡觸壓元件；透鏡觸壓元件受壓電致動元件驅動而接觸透鏡。光束校正組件包含光束產生元件與光束感測元件。光束產生元件投射出穿透透鏡之校正光束；光束感測元件設在升降平台，用以偵測校正光束之投射位置。其中，壓電致動元件驅使透鏡觸壓元件將透鏡推頂至透鏡安裝位置，使投射位置調整至一參考投射位置。 The lens installation device includes an abutment, a lens barrel containing member, a piezoelectric lift assembly, a lens adjustment assembly and a beam correcting assembly. The piezoelectric lift assembly includes a lifting transmission element, a lifting platform and a piezoelectric power element. The lens adjustment includes a plurality of piezoelectric actuator elements and a lens pushing element. The lens pushing element is driven by the piezoelectric actuator elements to contact with Lens. The beam correcting assembly includes a beam generating element and a beam sensor. The beam generating element emits a correction beam through the lens. The beam sensor set in the lifting platform. The beam sensor is used to detect a projection position which project by the correction beam. Wherein the piezoelectric actuator elements drive the lens pushing element to push the lens to the lens installation position, cause the projection position been adjusting to a reference projection position.
