技術說明

本發明係有關脫層型黏土奈米片之用途，包括用於染料敏化太陽能電池之電解質組成物及瞬時包覆陽離子。用於電解質組成物時，該組成物主要組成包括脫層型黏土奈米片、離子液體以及碘；用於瞬時包覆陽離子之方法時，係將脫層型黏土奈米片加入含陽離子溶液中，待該脫層型黏土奈米片包覆該陽離子，形成層狀黏土而使該溶液產生相分離時，過濾該溶液以分離出包覆該陽離子之層狀黏土。該脫層型黏土奈米片對於陽離子有優異之包覆性能特別適合有關電解質組成物、陽離子藥物包覆及環保等應用。 This invention relates to uses of nanosheets of exfoliated clay for an electrolyte composition of dye-sensitized solar cell and for rapidly adsorbing cation(s). The electrolyte composition of dye-sensitized solar cell comprises mainly exfoliated clay nanosheets, an ionic liquid and iodine. The method of rapidly adsorbing cation(s) comprises adding exfoliated clay nanosheets into a cationic solution, adsorbing cation(s) containing in the solution, re-laminating the exfoliated clay nanosheets into a layered structure with the coincidence of phase separation of the solution, and filtrating and isolating the laminated clays with the adsorbed cation(s). The exfoliated clay nanosheets have a unique property of adsorption and encapsulation for the cations, suitable for applications on electrolyte composition of dye-sensitized solar cell, cationic drug encapsulation and environmental protections.
