固定有害廢棄物焚化飛灰中之重金屬及氯鹽之方法

無機聚合綠色水泥在各方面之性質上有良好之性能表現。抗壓強度可達19-58MPa。在防火性能上,無機聚合綠色水泥,經1100℃ 噴燒30 min之試體,背板溫度低於 400℃。熱傳導係數亦低於0.6 W/mK 。達到防火一級標準。 以無機聚合綠色水泥固化焚化飛灰,實驗結果顯示其能有效將重金屬封存在無機聚合綠色水泥固化體中,固化28天之抗壓強度可達16-28MPa,高於法規標準值1MPa,且TCLP試驗結果顯示具有良好的固化重金屬效果。從經濟成本效益評估結果得知,使用無機聚合綠色水泥取代波特蘭水泥,成本價格與傳統波特蘭水泥接近。若針對固化或混凝土修補等單位價格較高之特殊用途領域,具有相當的競爭力。從減少二氧化碳排放之效益評估結果得知,每取代一公噸水泥可減少二氧化碳排放量為0.702-0.73公噸,經濟效益為新台幣421.4-437.8元,相當種植19-20顆柳安樹的價值 Geopolymer is a new development inorganic non-metallic material in recent years. It has very good characteristics, such as early compressive strength, durability, fire resistance, immobilization of heavy metals, etc. Comparing with Portland cement, the emission of carbon dioxide for geopolymeric process is extremely low. In this study, ground granulated blast furnace slag and coal fly ash were used as raw materials under activation of various molar ratio of alkaline solution for fabrication geopolymeric green cement at ambient temperature. The green cement applying in special fields, such as solidification/immobilization of heavy metals, fire resistance, or building repair materials, was investigated and shown successful results. The calculations of the benefits of carbon dioxide reduction were also evaluated.
