技術說明

過去數十年不斷發展穿戴式裝置，而近年晶片製程不斷演進，智慧衣及其週邊相關功能技術逐漸成熟，儼然成為科技廠商角逐發展的科技領域。而在發展智慧衣相關技術時，均以特定功能為取向，例如：量測生理訊號、量測呼吸訊號、測量體溫等功能；如此一來，使用者在選擇智慧衣的同時，也將被其功能其特定搭配之智慧衣限制。 本技術提出一具備模組化功能之智慧衣，並各式模組分別整合至鈕扣內部，並以鈕扣之外觀實現，使用者便可以依個人需求，選擇套用各式不同之鈕扣式功能模組並搭配至智慧衣上。在智慧衣設計上，內部(接觸身體面)使用乾式電極，可用以量測生理相關參數；外部則預留數個鈕扣槽，讓使用者自行套用不同功能之模組；而衣服上則使用纖維導線，利用縫紉技術將各個乾式電極及各個鈕扣槽連結，以達到控制及傳遞訊號之功能。 使用者可套用之功能模組如：生理訊號感測模組、麥克風模組、喇叭模組、全球定位系統(GPS)模組、電池模組、無線傳輸模組等各式應用，完全依使用者自行選取需要之功能；另外，可透過無線傳輸模組，與外部資訊平台如智慧型手機或電腦來進行溝通，利用資訊平台控制智慧衣之功能模組，更進一步的將智慧上所獲得之資訊進行分析、統計，讓使用者與智慧衣達成更多的互動。 The proposed method is a smart cloth with modularization and multi-application, each module is developed into an functional button individually, these functional button can be applied as an normal button within clothes. Therefore, users can choose any composition of functional buttons, with his/her own mind. In the design of smart cloth, the dry electrodes are sewn on the body-touched side of smart cloth, which is used for the bio-signal acquisition; the outside of smart cloth, there are several slot of button, which is reserved for the functional button; moreover, the fiber conducting wires are sewn inside of the smart cloth, applied for connecting each dry electrode and button slots, and it can be used for controlling and communication with each parts. The smart cloth can be controlled and communicate, using the wireless communication module. Therefore, the user can obtain his/her own information which is acquired from the smart cloth or control the modules of the smart cloth.
