技術說明

本發明係以廢棄泥灰－拋光石英磚之研磨污泥或燃煤產生之飛灰，作為再利用原料，製備成為可供多用途之高附加價值多孔陶瓷。首先，將研磨污泥或燃煤飛灰進行前處理，獲得細泥灰；其後烘乾及破碎細泥灰，再將已破碎之細研磨污泥或細燃煤飛灰，與高嶺土、黏結劑溶液依適當比例混合。混合後原料經球磨成為漿料，在可抽真空之容器內，利用多孔前驅體進行漿料灌注，成為多孔胚體。多孔胚體再經陰乾、烘乾程序，即可進行高溫燒成，完成多孔陶瓷之製備。 Two kinds of wastes, waste polished porcelain tile sludge (PPT sludge) and coal fly ash (CFA), are employed as ceramic raw materials for producing multi-purpose and high value-added porous ceramics in this invention. PPT sludge or CFA is first pretreated, and fine PPT sludge or CFA is acquired. Fine PPT sludge or CFA is further dried, pulverized, and mixed with kaolinite and binder solution at a proposed ratio. Thereafter, the mixed material is ball-milled to convert into ceramic slurry. Grouting ceramic slurry into porous precursor is carried out in a vacuumable vessel, and a porous greenware is attained. Porous greenware is dried in the shade and consequently dried in an oven to remove water, and porous ceramics is finally fabricated after the final process of sintering in a high temperature oven.
