一種勻相超臨界流體反應方法,用以解決習知超臨界流體反應方法無法用於勻相反應之問題。本發明的一種勻相超臨界流體反應方法,包含:提供一超臨界流體及一溶質;使該超臨界流體及溶質流入一分子篩元件中,並於該分子篩元件中均勻混合,以形成一勻相超臨界流體;及使該勻相超臨界流體流入一反應腔體中,以進行反應。本發明另提供一種勻相超臨界流體反應裝置,用以進行上述勻相超臨界流體反應方法。 The present disclosure provides a homogenous supercritical fluid reaction method for solving the problem of the conventional supercritical fluid reaction method which cannot be utilized in a homogenous reaction. The homogenous supercritical fluid reaction method includes providing a supercritical fluid and a solute; mixing the supercritical fluid and the solute by making the supercritical fluid and the solute flow into a molecular sieve element to form a homogenous supercritical fluid; and collecting the homogenous supercritical fluid in a reaction chamber for conducting a reaction. The present invention further provides a homogenous supercritical fluid reaction apparatus which can be utilized in the above mentioned method.
