技術說明

科技發達的現代社會中，上街購物或外出旅遊不像從前需帶許多現金，只要帶提款卡或信用卡即可。自動櫃員機的設立，讓我們可以很方便的領到現金，但同時也讓歹徒能輕易的以偽造或竊取到的卡來盜領現金。並且往往經過一段很長的時間後，整個案子才會曝光，使歹徒有充裕的時間逃跑。雖然自動櫃員機都裝有閉路攝影機，但是犯案的歹徒通常會利用帽子或口罩等來掩飾重要的特徵，讓警察辦起案來更加困難。本研究目的就是希望能在歹徒盜領現金的同時立即預警，以及時處理取代事後亡羊補牢來減少持卡人遭盜領的可能性。本計畫研究的目在於利用影像識別的技術與建立安全網路通報預警系統，使歹徒盜領現金的同時能立即預警，以及時處理代替事後亡羊補牢，減少持卡人遭盜領的可能。 The Automatic Teller’s Machine(ATM) facilitates human livelihood. It is also an easy way for a thief to draw money using a stolen fiscard or a bogus fiscard. The thief will cover his feature with a mouth-muffle or a crash helmet, etc. such that the police is difficult to handle the case. The project concerns with the research of the image recognition and the automatic early warning system for the ATM system. The early warning system will do effect in time when the thief is drawing money. It will reduce the drawing money illegally.
