技術說明

本發明提供一種檢測樣品中銅葉綠素含量之方法，其包含：(a)前處理步驟：去除樣品中可能存在之葉綠素類干擾物；(b)檢測步驟：將步驟(a)獲得後之樣品，進行吸光值檢測，透過吸光值換算樣品中之銅葉綠素之濃度。透過本發明之方法，可快速篩檢樣品(如油品或飲品)中是否有摻銅葉綠素。 本發明相較於先前技術，提供了下列優勢：技術門檻低、檢測成本低、檢測時間快速簡易，此外，進一步可藉由增加光源強度或光源數目以縮短照光前處理時間。 The present invention provides a method for detecting the copper chlorophylls (Cu-Chls) content, comprising the process: (a) pretreatment: removing the chlorophylls or chlorophylls-like substance that may be present in the sample; (b) detection: measuring the absorbance of the sample obtained from process (a), and calculating the concentration of Cu-Chls through quantification formula. Using the method of the invention, is a low cost and quick analytical method, it is possible to quickly screen whether copper-chlorophyll is contained in the sample (such as oil or drink).
