本發明是有關於一種固定金屬於基材表面之方法，特別是有關於一種藉由巰基烷化雜氮矽三環化合物以固定金屬於基材表面之方法。本發明係揭露一種固定金屬於基材表面之方法，至少包含：提供基材及巰基烷化雜氮矽三環化合物；以溶劑溶解巰基烷化雜氮矽三環化合物；將已溶解之巰基烷化雜氮矽三環化合物與基材進行溶膠-凝膠步驟，以完成基材之表面修飾；以及將已修飾於基材之表面之巰基烷化雜氮矽三環化合物與金屬進行共價鍵結合步驟，以固定金屬於基材之表面。 A method for attaching a metal onto a surface of a substrate is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: providing a substrate and a mercaptoalkylsilatrane compound; dissolving the mercaptoalkylsilatrane compound in a solvent; performing a sol-gel process to the substrate and the mercaptoalkylsilatrane compound which has been dissolved such that the surface modification of the substrate is completed; and performing a covalent bond linking process to a metal and the mercaptoalkylsilatrane compound which has been modified onto the surface of the substrate to attach the metal onto the surface of the substrate.
