技術說明

一系列以benzoxazine衍生之磷系雙酚化合物、難燃磷系環氧樹脂及其製造方法。以DOPO與Benzoxazine衍生物反應生成磷系雙酚化合物，所得之磷系雙酚化合物再與環氧樹脂進一步合成之難燃磷系環氧樹脂半固化物及環氧樹脂固化物。 本發明之一態樣是在提供一系列由 benzoxazine 單體與磷系化合物 DOPO 合成之磷系雙酚化合物及其製備方法，包括以 DOPO 對 benzoxazine 單體進行開環反應生成磷系雙酚化合物。Benzoxazine 單體包含由芳香族雙胺衍生的 benzoxazine 單體，或由雙酚衍生的 benzoxazine 單體。 Phosphorus-containing benzoxazine-based bisphenols and derivative thereof are disclosed. The Phosphorus-containing benzoxazine-based bisphenols are prepared by reacting DOPO with benzoxazine to form the phosphorus-containing benzoxazine-based bisphenols. The phosphorus-containing benzoxazine-based bisphenols can further to form advanced epoxy resins. The advanced epoxy resins can further be cured to form flame retardant epoxy thermosets.
