本發明係關於一種工具機工件線上量測方法，先準備一量測裝置，該量測裝置係設有一控制裝置、一移動裝置、一夾制裝置及一影像擷取裝置，將一待測的工件固定於該夾制裝置上，移動該移動裝置使該影像擷取裝置可對於該待測工件進行影像擷取，將所擷取的影像傳送至該控制裝置中，透過量測該待測工件的外廓影像求出該待測工件的尺寸參數，透過該控制裝置驅動該移動裝置及該夾制裝置的方式，使待測工件可隨著夾制裝置而相對該影像擷取裝置產生移動與轉動，藉以對於待測工件的各側外觀影像進行量測，提供一可即時量測及提高量測精度之量測方法者。 This invention is concerned with an online measuring method for workpieces of machine tools. The measurement apparatus includes a computer, moving equipment, a clamp device and a CCD camera. The measured workpiece is fixed by the clamp device. The image of measured workpiece can be acquired by the camera. The image data are delivered to the computer by the image acquisition device. By measuring the lineation of the workpiece, the geometrical parameters of the measured object can be figured out. By the controlling and clamp device, the workpiece can be moved and rotated against the CCD camera. For this reason, the profile of the workpiece at every side can be measured. With the developed method, the real-time measurement and the enhancement of the measurement precision can be realized.
