表面增強拉曼光譜元件及其製造方法與應用

開發新型拉曼表面增強效應基板,可測取低於1微升各式樣品,不須乾燥步驟便能及時測得低於微莫耳濃度之樣品分析訊號。基板可以不同形狀與粗細之棒狀形成,材料可為塑膠、玻璃或石英。基板可為單支柱狀體形成或多支形成列陣測量晶片。柱狀體之前端表面以化學方式,形成奈米金屬堆疊層,達到拉曼表面增強效應之目的。此基板之靈敏度與現行拉曼基板比較,約有10倍以上之訊號提升。此基板非常適合水溶液之測量,舉凡食品快速篩檢,醫學檢體測量,環境汙染樣品測量,工業製程品管與品保測量,生化樣品測量均非常適合。 New substrates and array chips for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) were developed to sensitive detection of molecules with a concentration lower than micromolar (μM). No drying step is required for such detections. The substrates are formed by treating with multi-layers of metallic nanoparticles on the tip of rod or optical fiber to increase the Raman signals. There is no restriction of the shape and diameter of the rod or fiber to form the SERS substrate. Also, the materials of the optical fibers can be glass, quartz, and plastic polymers. By aligning all the fibers into array form, SERS sensing chip can be formed with same performance as signal substrate. Through optimization of the chemical formula, the observed SERS signals without drying were highly intense and the typical observed detection limit can be lower than 1μM with a sample volume of 1μL.
