雙金屬鎳錯合物、其製備方法及其用途

二氧化碳為無毒且大量豐富存在於自然界中,價格低廉,也是許多化學製造過程中所生成的廢棄物。但是若可回收再利用,將減少溫室氣體。本發明公開以含氮雜環苯酚(N-heterocycle containing phenol)化合物為基本架構,並導入Mannich縮合反應或其他合成方法之策略開發新穎的N-heterocycle containing diamine-bis(phenolate)衍生物。利用上述改質後的diamine-bis(phenolate)配位基可合成結構明確的雙金屬鎳錯合物,並應用於催化二氧化碳及環氧化物之共聚合反應。此類觸媒催化此聚合反應具備高活性、優異共聚合選擇性與良好分子量控制性。 Carbon dioxide is an attractive reagent for synthetic chemistry as it is non-toxic, abundant, of inexpensiveness, and is the waste product of many chemical processes. Novel N-heterocycle containing diamine- bis(phenolate) ligand precursors were designed and developed via Mannich condensation or other synthetic routes from the N-heterocycle containing phenol derivatives. Well-defined metal complexes incorporating this kind of novel diamine-bis(phenolate) ligands have been synthesized and utilized for the copolymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxides. Such nickel catalysts in this invention displayed high activity, excellent copolymerization selectivity and controllability of the molecular weight for copolymerization of CO2 with cyclohexene oxide.
