技術說明

本發對其變壓器供電量進行監控，根據供電量，計算變壓器每15分鐘負載率，全年鐵損及銅損計算，並在過載及油溫過高等異常狀態即時回報。另收集供電用戶每15分鐘即時用電量，並與變壓器供電量作回報，偵測竊電並產生即時回報。對於電動車充放電監控，本系統根據變壓器負載及油溫條件，主動發達信號作用戶端電功車充放電監控，達成智慧充電功能，並配合需量反應指令及變壓器供電量，發送指令作用戶端用電設備之降載或卸載功能，達成智慧電網需量反應功能。應用混合式通訊系統(含光纖、PLC及wireless)及配電設備管理系統，作變壓器負載及油溫等異常狀態之即時回報，並藉由變壓器識別碼(UFID)於變壓器負載管理圖資系統，並收集變壓器每月尖峰供電量，執行供電用戶之重新調整，提升變壓器負載平衡。 The intelligent transformer management system (iTMS) is designed to measure the power loading of transformers for each 15 minutes to solve the core loss and copper loss of transformers within one year period. The iTMS also reports the abnormal operation condition of transformers such as over loading and too high of the oil temperature as well as the customer tampering. It supports the smart changing of electric vehicles and sends the load control commands to perform the demand response using the hybrid communication system with the collection of monthly peak power consumption of all transformers, the connectivity of customers and transformers can be adjusted to enhance loading balance of transformers.
