技術說明

現行之噴泥檢測方式，為利用夜間非營運段以人力目視巡軌，遇到路碴表面有明顯噴泥才回報，進行後續處理。然而此方法可能有遺漏與透視不足之疑慮，且往往在雨季時緩不濟急。本專利提出之裝置構想，為利用相當簡單的浮標裝置，裝設於密閉且有逆止裝置的管中，以陣列方式擺放於道碴與路基的交界面。當噴泥向上竄升時，便會推動浮標並使其停在當時噴泥高度，可克服以往肉眼目視無法發現之道碴中噴泥分布，並一舉將巡檢提升為事前的預防，做到平時防災，為本專利之主旨。 It is just a floating piston that would float with or pushed by a surface of pumped material. The piston and it’s outside casing pipe is very tightly sealed, but the interface of them is close to frictionless. Therefore, the piston can move very fittingly inside the pipe. This set of detecting device works well in the indoor test and is installed in-situ as well.
