本發明提供一種用於藥物傳遞的蛋白質奈米磁性殼核膠囊,係包含:複數個雙性蛋白質、複數個奈米氧化鐵及一親水性藥物及一疏水性藥物;其中,該藥物傳遞的蛋白質奈米磁性殼核膠囊由於以雙性蛋白質做為材料,具有良好的生物相容性,且其僅需單一乳化步驟即能形成奈米級中空結構。因此,本發明之蛋白質奈米磁性殼核膠囊具有良好的藥物承載量、具有同時包覆親水性及疏水性藥物的能力及藥物操控釋放的特性,故其可應用於標靶藥物傳遞、核磁共振顯影及熱療。 The present invention provides a magnetic nano core-shell capsule for drug delivery, which comprising: a plurality of amphiphilic protein, a plurality of iron oxide nanoparticles, a hydrophilic drug and a hydrophobic drug. Wherein the magnetic nano core-shell capsule has good biocompatibility duo to the amphiphilic protein as the material, and it only needs single step emulsion to form its nano hollow structure. Therefore, the magnetic nano core-shell capsule of the present invention has high drug loading capacity, the ability of encapsulating hydrophobic as well as hydrophilic pharmaceuticals simultaneously and characteristic of controlled-release drug delivery. Thus it can be used for targeted drug delivery, magnetic resonance imaging and hyperthermia.
