技術說明

一種青蛋殼保健成分之萃取方法，包括下列步驟：(1)蛋殼酸解步驟，取青蛋殼粉加入有機酸，於常溫、避光環境下浸泡蛋殼，以分解蛋殼得到酸解液；(2)有機層液相萃取步驟，取出該酸解液，加入氫氧化鈉溶液混合後，再加入醋酸乙酯劇烈混合，離心後取出上層有機層液體；(3)氫氧化鈉沖提洗淨步驟，於該有機層液體中加入氫氧化鈉溶液混合，離心後取出上層有機層液體；重複步驟(3)數次以純化得到青蛋殼保健成分；以及一種以上述青蛋殼保健成分之萃取方法所製得之青蛋殼保健成分，該保健成分具有脂質抗氧化能力以及保護細胞免於受到有機溶液傷害之細胞保護能力。 The extract technique from the blue eggshell for health food includes: (1) the acid-dissociation for eggshell powder at room temperature, (2) the neutrilization of acid solution is completed by NaOH and get the extract by ethyl acid. Repeat the 2 step for several times to get the purer antioxidant compoment, which could protect the liver cell against the lipid peroxidation by alcohol or other solvents.
