技術說明

這項發明具有以往可量測大分子量離子的特性，也可運於小分子量離子的量測。另外頻率掃描的方法變的更有彈性，運用頻率差設定可快速掃描質譜圖，亦可得精細質譜圖。 The invention has function to trap large molecular ions and detect it. That also could do the measurement of low molecular weight ions. The frequency scanning method is more flexible to set coarse or fine differential frequency and to screen spectrum quickly or more precisely scanning spectrum.
