技術說明

一種製程、電壓及溫度變異偵測器包含一第一高偏斜反相器、一第一電容及一第一比較器，該第一高偏斜反相器接收一第一時脈訊號，該第一高偏斜反相器之一第一輸出端連接一第一節點，該第一高偏斜反相器具有一第一P型電晶體及一第一N型電晶體，其中該第一P型電晶體之一閘極寬度大於該第一N型電晶體之一閘極寬度，該第一電容之一端連接該第一節點，該第一電容之另一端接地，該第一比較器比較該第一節點電壓及該參考偏壓之大小，以決定該第一N型電晶體是否受到製程、電壓及溫度之影響。 A PVT variation detector includes a first high-skew inverter, a first capacitor and a first comparator. The first high-skew inverter received a first clock signal, and a first output end of the first high-skew inverter connected with a first node. The first high-skew inverter includes a first P-type transistor and a first N-type transistor, wherein a gate width of the P-type transistor is larger than a gate width of the N-type transistor. One end of the first capacitor connected with the first node, and the other end of the first capacitor connected to the ground. The first comparator compares the amplitude of the first node voltage and the reference bias voltage to determine whether the first N-type transistor is affected by the process, voltage and the temperature.
