技術說明

本專利提出一個使用在切換式調節器的零電流檢查電路。切換式調節器在不連續傳導模式(DCM mode)時，有逆向電流漏電，此為無效功率損耗，造成電壓轉換器的轉換效率大幅下降，故必須有其他電路防止逆向電流，在逆向電流發生之前關掉造成逆電流的NMOS。昔知技術用電壓比較器檢測逆向電流，但所需要的比較器必須是高速，且高靈敏度比較器。此發明的檢測方法，可以使用低速，低靈敏度比較器，降低比較器所需要的規格。和昔知技術相比，此發明具有簡化電路複雜度與減少偏壓電流消耗等優點。 A new zero-current detection circuit used in switching regulator is proposed in this patent. Switching regulator at discontinuous conduction mode (DCM mode), reverse leakage current may happened. There will be invalid power loss, resulting in the conversion efficiency of the voltage converter is dropped , it must have other circuits to prevent reverse current , switched off NMOS before the occurrence of a reverse current. The prior art applying voltage comparator to detect reverse current, but that required comparator must be high-speed, high sensitivity. This invention only needs low-speed, low sensitivity comparator, reduce the required specifications of the comparator. And comparing to prior art, this invention has a simplified circuit complexity and reducing bias current consumption advantages.
