技術說明

提出一新型式稱檢驗錯誤位置多項式(check error locator polynomial)。其優點在依錯誤數目v 只需計算 v+1個係數值。而且，應用Lagrange 插值法可實現新型式多項式。其功效增進之處有兩點: 1.在解碼時使用新型式多項式速度必優於使用一般性錯誤位置多項式，因多計算一個係數值將花費比之前更數倍的時間。 2.新型式多項式因係數表達形式是依前一個係數產生，其值的決定有判斷錯誤數目的功能，這項功能是一般性錯誤位置多項式所沒有的，尤其這項功能可提供解碼演算法的利用，及早知悉錯誤數目而終止解碼演算法。 This technique utilizes the Lagrange interpolation formula to obtain a new error-locator polynomial each of whose coefficient is a sum of powers of its previous one. Because of this special formulation, the determination of the error-locator polynomial can be terminated earlier, and the number of errors occurred can be recognized at the same time. The proposed polynomial is then called the check error-locator polynomial.
