技術說明

一種濕度感測器之多孔性濕度感測層的製造方法，其包含：提供一基板，並在其上表面形成一下電極層；將一液態聚醯亞胺塗佈於該下電極層上，以形成一聚醯亞胺膜；將該基板含浸於一揮發性溶液中，使尚未固化之該聚醯亞胺膜形成數個微孔；固化上述處理後之該聚醯亞胺膜；以及，在該聚醯亞胺膜之上表面形成一上電極層，以完成該濕度感測器。上述塗佈及含浸之步驟亦可置換為：混合一液態聚醯亞胺及一揮發性溶液成為一混合液；以及，將該混合液塗佈於該下電極層上，以形成一聚醯亞胺膜及數個微孔。 A manufacturing method of a humidity sensor having a porous humidity layer includes steps of: providing a substrate having a surface formed with a lower electrode layer; coating a polyimide liquid on the lower electrode layer to form a polyimide film; immersing the substrate in a volatile solution, so as to form a plurality of pores in the uncured polyimide film; curing the processed polyimide film; and forming an upper electrode layer on a surface of the polyimide film, so as to finish the humidity sensor.
