【中文】 一種聲光晶體光波導，使用於一聲波感測器以感測聲波，該聲光晶體光波導包含一聲光晶體核心及一包覆層，該包覆層包覆該聲光晶體核心，藉由聲波改變該聲光晶體光波導之光折射率，使得光線通過該聲光晶體光波導時，部分的光線折射至該聲光晶體光波導外，藉由偵測該聲光晶體光波導中的光線之波長及強度變化，以達聲波感測之目的。 【英文】 An acousto-optical crystal optical waveguide used for detecting acoustic waves in an acoustic wave sensor includes an acousto-optical crystal core and a cladding, wherein the cladding covers the acousto-optical crystal core. The light refraction index of the acousto-optical crystal optical waveguide can be changed by acoustic waves to make partial light refract to the outside of the acousto-optical crystal optical waveguide when the light pass through the acousto-optical crystal optical waveguide. The variation of light wave length and light density in the acousto-optical crystal optical waveguide can be detected to achieve the purpose of acoustic waves detecting.
