技術說明

本案開發了一種新的氧化偶合法的配方來製備具有氧化還原及可逆摻雜之電活性苯胺寡聚物及其衍生物。以苯胺三聚體為例，本案利用新的配方並利用質譜儀、傅里葉轉換紅外光譜與核磁共振分析，可證明已成功合成苯胺三聚體。此外，本案的合成配方有三個重要特點 (1) 高產率; 從原本文獻的40% 提升至 86% (2) 低廢水; 將反應溶液由酸性水溶液 (pH = 1.0~1.5) 改成蒸餾水溶液(pH = 6.5~7)，降低處裡廢水成本。(3) 低耗能; 反應溫度由0。C提升為5。C，並縮短反應時間。 In this project, utilized the new implement to synthesis the redox and redopable electroactive oligo-aniline by the oxidative coupling. Taking the amino-capped aniline trimer to the instance, the new implement brought with three significates. First, high product yield increased from the 42% up to 86%, imply that oligo-aniline had the potential candidate for application in industry. Second, lower waste for reactive solution, noting that the pH for reactive solution ascended from pH = 1.0~1.5 up to pH = 6.5~7. Finally, lower energy using, meaning that it is more friendly for the producing when the temperature of reaction increased from 0。C up to 5。C.
