技術說明

本發明的形狀記憶性聚氨酯組成物，可以作為立體織物的表面處理劑，使立體織物成為形狀記憶性積層體，取代慣用PU泡棉罩杯。將具形狀記憶的材料，塗佈於罩杯上並加熱及冷卻定形，定形後的胸罩，將可免除目前所有加入的鋼絲圈等為支撐形狀所加入對人體不好的異物，且若穿著中產生形變時，可於烘乾時，只要其溫度高於PU之軟鏈段Tm但低於硬鏈段Tg，則形狀就會回復。具體地，形狀記憶性聚氨酯組成物，係由CO2型多元醇、二異氰酸酯MDI及BDO鏈延長劑聚合而成，再溶解於DMF、DMAC或NMP中，調製而成。亦可在積層體的部分區域，再形成一支撐層，位於胸罩杯的特定位置，提供提托（push-up）功能。 The present invention is a shape-memory polyurethane composition. Instead of the conventional PU underwear foamed bra, the shape-memory polyurethane can be used as a surface treatment agent on a 3D-fabric, and formed into a 3D-frbric shape memory layer. The 3D-fabric underwear foam bra coated with shape-memory material can be fixed the shape through heating and cooling treatment. It will be exempt the bad feeling from the traditional underwire bra which is used for the body support. If the underwear is deformed, the shape can recover when drying and the temperature is higher than Tm of the soft segment of PU but lower than Tg of the hard segment of PU. In particular, the shape-memory polyurethane composition is polymerized from a CO2 type polyol, a diisocyanat and a diol chain extender. By dissolving the shape-memory polyurethane in a solvent (DMF, DMAc, NMP) and coating in a 3D-fabric underwear bra area, a support layer can be formed and can increase the push-up effect.
