技術說明

一種光學式奈米熱壓印製程，至少包括：先提供模仁，具有相對之第一表面與第二表面，且模仁之第一表面設有壓印圖案；再形成加熱光源吸收層於模仁之第一表面上；並提供基板，具有相對之第一表面與第二表面，其中基板之第一表面上設有高分子材料層；再將模仁放置在基板之第一表面上，並使模仁之第一表面與基板之第一表面彼此相對；從基板之第二表面對該基板施加預壓力；接著提供加熱光源，使加熱光源從模仁之第二表面朝第一表面入射光，以加熱模仁與加熱光源吸收層；將模仁之壓印圖案轉印至高分子材料層中；然後移除模仁。 An optical thermal nano-imprinting process is described. In the optical thermal nano-imprinting process, a mold including a first surface and a second surface on opposite sides is provided, wherein an imprinting pattern is set in the first surface. A heat-absorbing layer is formed on the first surface of the mold. A substrate including a first surface and a second surface on opposite sides is provided, wherein a polymer material layer is formed on the first surface of the substrate. The mold is placed on the first surface of the substrate, and the first surface of the mold is opposite to the first surface of the substrate.
