技術說明

本發明提供一種自組織獲得高純度幹細胞之方法，包含：提供由一組織分離出之一含雜質之細胞群產物；提供一過濾裝置，該過濾裝置包括：一管狀結構，具有一入口及一出口，該出口位於低處，且該含雜質之細胞群產物經由該入口流入；及一容置物，形成於該管狀結構內的該入口及該出口之間，以過濾該含雜質之細胞群產物的雜質，使該細胞群產物通過該出口；回收一已去除雜質之該細胞群產物；將該已去除雜質之細胞群產物在一高分子薄膜上培養出一目標幹細胞，該目標幹細胞聚集形成一球體；以及從該高分子薄膜收集該球體而得到目標幹細胞。本發明只需少量的組織檢體，即可快速且有效地自組織分離出幹細胞，並可直接將分離出的幹細胞用在自體移植的臨床實用。 The present invention relates to a method of obtaining high purity stem cells from tissue, comprising: providing a impurity-containing cell product obtained from a tissue; providing a filter device which includes a cylinder structure, wherein the cylinder structure comprise an entrance and an exit on the button, to allow the impurity-containing cell product to be inserted from the entrance; a content that formed inside the cylinder structure between the entrance and the exit allowing the impurity-containing cell product to pass through and collect an impurity-free cell product from the exit; culturing the impurity-free cell product on a polymer film, where target stem cells conjugate into spheroids; obtaining the target stem cells from the polymer film. According to the method of the present invention, stem cells can be rapidly and easily obtained from tissue. Only a small amount of tissue sample is required and the stem cells obtained can be readily used in clinical applications.
