一種可包載不同性質抗癌藥物之醫療半固體組合物，係包括：油相；離子性界面活性劑；短鏈醇；水相以及高分子。此組合物可大幅提升藥物之穿透皮膚和膀胱黏膜之效果。 The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions of chemotherapy compounds, particularly composition comprising oil phase, ionic surfactant, short chain alkyl, aqueous phase and polymer for topical administration. The permeation capacity of chemotherapy compounds through skin and bladder membranes could be significantly increased after topical application of the drug-loaded pharmaceutical compositions.
