技術說明

本發明提供一種高分子與石墨烯混摻之電活性複合防蝕塗料，其係一特定的高分子與石墨烯之複合材料，該特定的高分子係由（A）苯胺寡聚體以及（B）胺反應性單體混合（C）改質石墨烯後進行聚合所構成，其係選自下列群組之一種聚合物：環氧化合物、聚亞醯胺、聚醯胺、聚氨基甲酸乙酯（polyurethane）及聚乳酸，其中（C）改質石墨烯均勻分散存在於該特定的高分子結構中但未參與聚合反應，該高分子與石墨烯混摻之電活性複合防蝕塗料具有電活性。 The present invention provides a polymer and graphene blended electroactive composite coating material and method for preparing the same. The composite coating material is a composite material formed by blending a specific polymer and graphene; where the specific polymer is formed by polymerization of (A) aniline oligomer and (B) amino reactive monomer together with (C) modified graphene and is a kind of polymer selected by the group consisting of the following: epoxy resin, polyimide, polyamide, polyurethane, polylactic acid; (C) modified graphene is uniformly dispersed in the matrix of the specific polymer but not involved in polymerization; and the composite coating material is electroactive.
